Arrange tennis matches in Vienna with the tennis-liga.at Match Finder
How do I propose a tennis match time?
Open your active round's lobby and choose “Propose a time” for the match. The Match Finder shows start times within your shared availability. If you have no suitable times in common yet, update your availability first.
Choose a one- or two-hour match and a start time. Changing the duration updates the available starts. If you are both free on Thursday evening, for example, you could propose an hour at 18:00. Add the planned court or meeting point if needed, then send the proposal. Your opponent receives a notification.
How does a proposal become an agreed match?
Your opponent can accept, reject or suggest another time in the match conversation. Accepting adds the agreed time to the match. A counterproposal needs the other side's agreement in turn. The time stays visible with that match, which helps when you are arranging several games.
If your plans change before the start, you can withdraw your pending proposal. Either side can cancel an accepted time while no result has been entered. You can then arrange a new date. Expired proposals can no longer be accepted; choose a new shared time instead.
You still arrange and book the court yourselves. Adding court details to a proposal does not reserve it.
